Is Hizke live?
Hizke is in pilot. The platform is built and deployed — four apps, live dispatch, compliance gating, VAT and audit trails working — and we're onboarding pilot firms now. The Build Board above shows exactly what's live and what's still proving.
What happens to our existing data?
We work with you to move your customers, drivers and account history across by hand, and run in parallel with your current system until you choose to cut over.
Do we need new hardware?
No. The console runs in a browser; driver and rider apps are standard iOS/Android. Your existing phone lines connect through CTI.
How does pricing work?
Per driver, per week, no hardware, no long-term contract. We confirm the exact figure at your demo while pilot pricing is finalised.
Is it compliant with TfL and our council?
Compliance gating is designed around UK licensing: DBS, PHV licence, MOT, insurance and right-to-work are checked on every dispatch, and expired documents block the job automatically.
